Machining steel, stainless steels, aluminium and brass alloys as well as sintered parts can be processed on the most up-to-date CNC lathes and rotating spindle machines. Thanks to a number of turning centres, we are also able to take on complex and larger orders to the highest quality and on time - at any time. Turned parts up to a diameter of 800 mm and a length of 1000 mm can be machined.
We produce CNC milled parts from a wide variety of materials. Most machinable materials can hereby be processed on our reliable CNC milling machines. The possibilities include milled parts of stainless steel, steel, aluminium, brass, copper and various plastics.
It goes without saying that we deliver our precision products with almost any desired surface finish: ground, barrel finished, coated, anodised, electroplated, powder-coated, varnished – nearly everything is possible. Surface accuracies of up to Ra 0.2 as well as machining dimensions of up to 350 mm in diameter and 700 mm in length can be realised. When it comes to surface finishing, we rely solely on partners who share and satisfy our high quality standards.
We can also assemble entire modules on request. Our customers provide the plans and define the requirements – we put the various components together. Accurately and on time. Our offer includes complete system solutions such as the assembly of electrical terminals. We are certified to ÖVE in this field.
We produce around 36,000 self-developed telescopic ladders to the new DIN 131 standard every year in a separate hall. The individual parts are welded together by a robot welder to ensure the highest quality and safety. The strict and uncompromising routine internal checks also contribute to the high standard of quality of telescopic ladders made by FINTES.
